Samantha Corliss, Brian Seifried, and Ely Corliss are the team behind Luna’s Tacos & Tequila.

Brian is an experienced chef, and the founder and President of Wing Shack Wings. With 10 locations in Northern Colorado and Wyoming, Wing Shack sets itself apart from other wing restaurants with their creative and original line of hot sauces and unique frying techniques that produce some of the most high-quality wings that Colorado or Wyoming has ever tasted. Wing Shack’s growth and success is proof of concept and that experience has been invaluable to Luna's success. In 2020, he opened a new chicken tender and sandwich concept with his partner Sam called Sexy Sammies. Sexy Sammies has two locations in Greeley, with additional Northern Colorado locations slated to open in 2024. In 2023, Brian and Sam opened The Centennial Public House across the street from Luna's flagship location, Brian is a current board member on the Downtown Development Authority Board.

Samantha is an experienced hospitality and restaurant operator. Along with the team, Sam has developed an inspiring and original cocktail program and curated what is now Northern Colorado's largest Agave Spirit and Tequila collection. Sam sits on both the Greeley Creative District Board and the Union Colony Civic Center Board.

Ely is an experienced businessman who has worked in the food, hospitality, marketing, and entertainment industry since 2006. His current work as the proprietor of the Moxi Theater, which he opened with Samantha in 2013, in Downtown Greeley includes everything from talent buying for the concert venue to producing the shows; from the staging, planning, and marketing levels of each event. Ely is the publisher of Northern Colorado’s monthly arts and entertainment magazine in BandWagon Magazine, and an accomplished graphic designer and marketing consultant for local businesses like Wing Shack, Nosh, Roma, Chipper’s Lanes, and Mishawaka Amphitheatre, among others. Ely opened Stella's Pinball & Arcade in the basement of the Moxi Theater in 2020 with his partner Emily.

In 2014, The Greeley Chamber of Commerce named Brian 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year'. Ely won the same award in 2017. In 2024, the ownership team opened a second Luna's Tacos & Tequila in Windsor, Colorado.

Located in Downtown Greeley, (right next door to Luna's) the Moxi Theater is Greeley's premier live music venue. With a capacity of over 400, professional light and sound, and a full-service bar, the Moxi is the perfect place to see the show!

With 10 locations in Northern Colorado and Wyoming, Wing Shack serves up the best chicken wings and housemade hot sauces.

BandWagon Magazine is a free monthly publication and marketing company, based out of our office inside Moxi Theater at 802 9th Street in Downtown Greeley, Colorado. Our goal is to help cultivate and report upon live music, arts, entertainment, nightlife, and community in Northern Colorado.

Distributing over 15,000 copies of our magazine each month, we stretch across northern Colorado covering Greeley, Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and more. While our target audience is young adults ages 21-35, BandWagon reaches across multiple demographics with our publication. Our articles cover a range of topics including album reviews, new songs on the radio, and full-page spreads on upcoming bands and tours to the area. A special portion of our magazine also highlights up-to-date concert calendars for venues from Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison to Hodi’s Half Note in Fort Collins to Mishawaka Amphitheater in Bellvue.

BandWagon is a magazine, record label, marketing firm, and branding agency. The magazine was founded in 2011 and BandWagon has expanded into it’s other ventures within the last few years.
